We work alongside smallholder farmers to accelerate the transition to sustainable and inclusive food systems through advisory services, innovation, access to capital, and partnerships.

We design, incubate, and support agricultural and trade initiatives that reimagine and transform the food system.

We believe in agriculture that regenerates landscapes and ecosystems, creates opportunity and prosperity for producers, offers companies new competitive sourcing channels, and provides everyone with healthy and affordable food.

We focus on designing and scaling solutions for small-scale agriculture.

Small-scale agriculture is a source of employment and income for two out of three farmers and ranchers in Mexico. Through our interventions, we aim to reshape the relationships between producers, buyers, and other stakeholders by establishing new information flows, tools, and incentives for the transition toward innovative models of production and trade. We achieve this by working hand in hand with large companies, support organizations, investors, and small-scale producer cooperatives across the country and in different value chains.

We seek to transform the agri-food system through
four systemic intervention strategies:

1. Agronomic and regenerative solutions

We design and implement innovative production models, practices, and tools that make agriculture more resilient and sustainable.

2. FAIRER, MORE TRANSPARENT, AND MORE DIRECT VALUE CHAINS

We advise and support small-scale producers, their organizations, and companies in developing new sourcing and commercialization models.

3. digital and data tools

We develop applications and data platforms to help producers make decisions, strengthen their practices, improve efficiency, and increase their competitiveness in the market.

4. BLENDED FINANCE WITH IMPACT

Through partnerships, we identify and design tailored financing solutions that meet the needs of small-scale farmers while contributing to financial inclusion and the growth of the sector.
